I never put in any description, only a good creative label. This has no effect on the creation of the Report Set, only that it is confusing to the GEMS user, who wants to know where you put in the description. Either put in the description box, or remove the description altogether.

When you go to Setup/Reporting Sets and do an Add. The only fields that come up in the Reporting Set Properties window, is the Label field and the ID field. The Description field is missing. After you add a new Report Set and save it, you will see that there is No Description under the Description tab.
