AVTS 4.0.7 - Heading Font size changes on different ballots

The attached database was used in the Florida certification.  When laying out the ballot the heading font size changed in order to squeeze a race into a column instead of forcing the race into the next header

 

On Ballot Style 18 on second screen, race County Court Judge GRP1 the Font is decreased

 

On Ballot Style 6 2^nd screen, County Court Judge GRP1 the Font is OK – Equivalent to all other races.

 

On Ballot 6 the race at the top of the screen in the Header has PCT 3, Committeeman on the 1^st line and Vote for One on the 2^nd line

 

On Ballot 18 the race at the top of the screen in the Header has PCT 40, on the 1^st line, Committeeman on the 2nd line and Vote for Two on the 3rd line

 

This creates an additional line of test and the final race in the column has the Header Font size decreased in order to fit.  The point of contention was that this should not automatically be made smaller, but should have forced this race to appear in the next column.

 

This behavior can also be seen when you select magnify with Ballot style 17.
