In performing
manual entry in an weighted race, manually entered candidate totals do not
reconcile with the Total Counted value, which is as expected. As these
values are entered, the Check value remains non-zero, but the OK button in the
manual entry window enabled. Nonetheless, attempting to save results
causes a message to be displayed, indicating that race counts are
inconsistent.
