In the database Tari was using VCenter SortSeq ID's have been changed and  Write-In reports depend on it. This is a bug. Fix will be in GEMSReports-1-17-16.

discovered at Va Cert today -  both reports list no data and I have 4 pages of write ins on ts write in report
