Testing on R6 unit shows AZ/WY rotation does work -  BS4.07
downloaded all 10 precincts and rotation does work

You can use the NT version of 4.x on r4 hardware.  Its not a combination I'd rush to upgrade folks to just yet (re Greg question from a few weeks ago), but it will work.  If 4.x has a feature you gotta have, its the only option though.

so - I install ballot station for NT and load up 4
then test?  also can I download 4 to an r-4 or is it only for an r-6?
