Submitted on behalf of Brian. GEMS 1.18 has a new central counter header card called "clobber deck". It allows users to re-submit (ie, recount) a deck without first deleting it from the deck list. (Normal header cards would be rejected with a deck already committed error).

Anyway, the deck gets resubmitted fine and the totals are correct, but the deck appears twice in the deck list when its resubmitted. Restarting central count clears duplicate entry.

Its just a display thing. Fix in 1.18.3.
