I think this may be a bug and since I
am not in a position to test it now - today as we uploaded results the
check marks did not appear as each VC uploaded - I think they did in all
the 11's I have used in the past - today when I closed the
upload console and went back in the check mark was there - but aren't they
supposed to appear on the vote center tab in the upload screen as they
upload?
