Challenge Votes - Not appearing as 1 in Category field in Ballot Result window - AVTS 4.0.6

According to the
AccuVote-TS User's Guide, within the Ballot Result window, under the CAT column,
it should show a 0 for a voter that is not a challenged voter, and a 1 for a
voter that is a challenged voter. I have all 0's within that CAT column,
even though I have 3 challenged voters.
