RE: Internal Error R6 Download

Did as you requested, now when I proceeded to download a memory card, I get the following error: Windows CE Services, not loaded on this computer.
Where do I get the Windows CE Services?

Mike, I could download successfully.  Ensure the following:
  • you are using correct R6 firmware
  • use GEMS 1-17-11-3
  • ensure that you are using a straight-through cable
  • ensure that RAS is active on the PC
  • in Edit Transfer Parameters,
    • Type is 16550 COM3
    • Host Name is your PC IP address
    • User Name is 'administrator'
    • Password is whatever your password

Sorry, I am using Gems 1-17-11-1, I'm not sure what versions of the R6, if you point me in the right direction, I'm sure I can find that for you as well.
