GAMS 1.17.5 and AVTS 3.13.4 changed the AVTS upload protocol to handle LA's large counter sets. This broke upload for earlier AVTS versions. Fix is in 1.17.8. Heads up for places that are upgrading GEMS but are leaving their AVTS units alone.
