Every GEMS election in Ontario, including Regina and Saskatoon are using GEMS-1-17- .   The upgrade you speak of will certainly be quickly installed.

My fault.  Like the HTML flag, number of precincts and number reporting are not available in SOVC, just in Summary.  The two columns will be eliminated in 1.17.7.  It would be a nice option feature though;  consider it on the plate, just not for Nov. 
 
Folks, this is a relatively serious bug since anyone with 1.17 GEMS will have to explain to election adiministrators why the field is zero on election night.  Upgrade if you can.

    There appears to be a bug in the SOVC where the number of precincts and the number of precincts reporting is 0 even after uploading results from an Accu-Vote.
