GEMS 1.17.2 cumulative vote center addition

This is referring to the vote center sortseq (which is limited to 9999999 - for Accu-Vote reporting purposes I think).  The bug is that the wrong field is highlighted after the message box is hidden.  The correct field is now highlighted and will be in the next GEMS 1-17 release

Attempting to add a cumulative vote center with count method AccuTouch and any number of memory cards results in the error message 'Please enter an integer between 0 and 9999999' in GEMS 1.17.2.
