RE: download error in 1-16-1-2 /3-12-5

I downloaded famous names from 1-16-1-2 to 3-12-5 TS  - ran test count - uploaded and then deleted election off TS  -  went to download again -  requeued VC and downloaded -  and red q went back to green up arrow and results are still in gems
