You have to change Shutdown registry to 0. You can find this registry under

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Global Election Systems\AccuVote-TS

there is no way to exit from BS  - hit exit - goes back and loads election and brings you back to same screen  if you hit shutdown you shutdown computer -

how do we exit the BS  back to the desktop?
