I just loaded the attached database and it is both generated and layed out. Can you load it from your mail and confirm? Is anyone else seeing this?

create new database in 1-16 add districts, precincts, races, headers - generate ballots - go to check cards layed out - grey - ballots tab says all generated but not all layed out - got to ballot style - all are layed out - cannot get to election status boxes - db attached - pw is global
