Hi Tari, Try
running one of the already run Decks.
Even though you can’t see the Decks under the Decks tab, I bet they are
still there. You will get an
error, “Deck already committed”, go back into the decks tab and you will see
your decks magically appear. At
this point you can reset the Decks. I think
GEMS is having re-paint problems for that window. mike Mike Brown 1611 Wilmeth Road McKinney, TX 75069-8250 972.542.6000 800.433.8683 -----Original
Message----- Tari,
This seems to work fine for me. The database you sent me had two decks in the
Mail precinct. I counted 1 ballot in the Absentee precinct and all worked
fine. Could you check the poster log to see if there are any errors. Tab -----

CC -decks lost in central count window - so unable to clear Each
time we have run central count the decks post to the decks list - we stop CC
and close it - we go back in to read the same Vote center and when we go
to the decks list there are no decks listed at all - We found this
because we wanted to clear a deck we had posted the day before and when we went
back in and started CC there were no decks listed - but the vote totals are
there and the Vote Center with upload time is listed in the CC status report by
deck (maybe the wrong report name) Tari
