English
CF stands for Canadian
French
The prefix indicates the type of
(uhh...) voting environment of the firmware.
PC stands for Precinct

CC stands for Central

CP stands for Cambridge

ago that explained all the ROM label nomenclature. If you're curious
about deeper detail, perhaps you could ask him to send it to you.
As for the firmware level certified
in Florida, Yes, 1.94w is the new certified version of firmware in
Florida. And it's the best version of firmware we have ever had in the
field. Let's not blame the firmware until all the facts are in and
unequivocally point at the firmware. I just keyed-in Bill Vanderberg's
opinion because I was trying to type the report verbatim while I
had Bill on the phone.
