Re: test 3 -sb100 1-14-1-7

    I tried the database sb100-1-14 test3 you sent me and I could read the Cards for the Cumulative Precinct without problem.  NOTE: since the UsePctId's was checked I had to use the cards for the Cumulative precinct (ie Reportunit 80).  Please re-check and let me know if there is problem.

set up Cumulative RU
no matter what boxes are checked for it - trying to get Cumulative results -  no ballots will read through an AB card set for Cumulative results

am able to unset for election throughout testing so must figure it must have been error of mine in first database test - 
 
still get exxception when trying to print Cards Cast report
