Created a database in 1-14-1-5. Generated ballots and
printed BOD. Attempted to access the download console via both icon and
"AV Server v1" item in the GEMS drop-down menu. In both cases
got the "Internal Error" message followed by an exception error from
Dr. Watson. Database attached.
