PollBook keyboard with AVTSIS 3.10.5-9
The "NoKB" registry
entry was missing from the InstallShield for AVTS 3.10.5-3.10.9. The
effect is that the screen keypad will not appear for the on the poll book for
entering in the PIN when no keyboard is available, such as when using the ballot
station hardware as a poll book. The 3.10.10 InstallShield will have the
NoKB entry restored, or you can add it to the registry
manually.
