This one was
interesting, and had a different cause than 1.12.1. Your vote center
number has too many digits -- the AccuVote can only support 7. Eg, change
VC 10000520 to 1000520 and you should be okay.
Of course, you
should never have been allowed to use that many digits in the first place.
I'll close the hole, but in the mean time don't do that. You will get bad
behavior in 1.11 (and all releases) if you use more than 7 digits for the vote
center number too.
