testing El Paso now - this is NOT the real file
for NOV - but wanted to test headers pulling over
Election name is losing the EL in El Paso
Headers are not coming over on all ballots -
some do and some don't
also get message "This issue is larger than
a page " it has dropped the 1st race - scaling is set to
100 also drops race at the end -
am attaching db for anyone else to look at
