I run Install Package in the office and it works ok, it created Global Election System under Start/Programs. Reinstall AVTS should solve the problem.

I believe this has been reported before, but in AVTSIS 3.9.3 once you install it does not give the buttons in Start/Programs/Global Election Systems.  In order to run the programs you must find them using the explorer.  Just thought you should know.  Kerry
