On the Cards Cast Report, Voter Groups and
Report Precincts appear in the order they were created, not in Sequence ID
order. Tucson noticed this as they were preparing for their Sept. 7
primary. Knowing their penchant for panicking over little things, they may
want this changed right away (I don't know that for sure, but it's just a heads
up).
