Candidate margins don't seem to work when the oval is on the
right side.
When clicking a new race, under the options tab, the group 2,
preference and endorsement are shaded as they probably should be when not being
used. If the add a race button is used, these three open and useable (not
shaded as previous)
Small typo - tried to manually enter a reportunit that
had no data and the warning came back "No Cards, Exiting"
