Just to clarify to everyone:  the message below and my reply are *not* about the "switching vote centers" bug.  That bug is fixed in 1.8.1.  This thread is regarding comitting the same batch number in two different vote centers.

 

You use the "reply" button on your mailer to maintain the subject in a thread.
