The old LiViD.tgz file was removed - it got corrupted. I replaced it with a
new version from the linux video site.

I also broke out the latest css stuff from the linux video site and placed
it online in a seperate tar file. The old version shave been moved into the
old subdirectory.

Got an angrygram from the MPAA and put it online. Put my draft response
online too. I'll rename the file to response when it's sent.
